INTRODUCTION

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all software products, browser extensions, free trials, subscriptions, lifetime licenses, websites, and services provided by AutoPlayLabs (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By installing, accessing, starting a free trial, subscribing to, or purchasing any AutoPlayLabs product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not install, use, subscribe to, or purchase any AutoPlayLabs product.

LEGAL AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

By completing a purchase, activating a subscription, or using a free trial, you legally agree that:

  • These Terms & Conditions are binding
  • You accept all limitations and disclaimers
  • You understand the nature of automation software
  • You accept the refund, cancellation, and dispute policies linked to these Terms

Payment confirmation or software access constitutes legal acceptance of this agreement.

ABOUT AUTOPLAYLABS SERVICES

AutoPlayLabs provides browser-based automation software designed to automate repetitive user actions on third-party websites and platforms.

AutoPlayLabs products:

  • Automate user-defined actions
  • Operate within the user’s browser
  • Depend entirely on third-party websites chosen by the user

AutoPlayLabs does NOT:

  • Own or control third-party platforms
  • Provide AI credits, AI models, or platform subscriptions
  • Guarantee unlimited usage or results
  • Guarantee compatibility with all future website updates

AutoPlayLabs provides SOFTWARE ONLY.

FREE TRIAL TERMS

All AutoPlayLabs products offer a free trial or evaluation period.

The free trial:

  • Allows users to test functionality before purchase
  • Does not require payment card details (where applicable)
  • Is subject to the same Terms & Conditions as paid access

By purchasing after a free trial, you confirm that:

  • You tested the product
  • The product works for your intended use
  • You accept its limitations

AUTOMATION SOFTWARE DISCLAIMER (IMPORTANT)

AutoPlayLabs products are automation tools and are inherently dependent on third-party websites.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Third-party websites may change at any time
  • Automation behavior may break temporarily or permanently
  • AutoPlayLabs does not control third-party platform decisions

Automation results, speed, reliability, and success rates are NOT guaranteed.

THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE CHANGES AND UPDATES

Third-party platforms may:

  • Change layouts, workflows, or interfaces
  • Introduce new restrictions or protections
  • Modify or discontinue features
  • Block or limit automated activity

When such changes occur:

  • AutoPlayLabs may update the extension to restore compatibility
  • Updates may take several days or longer
  • Temporary incompatibility is expected and normal

Temporary breakage caused by third-party updates does NOT constitute a defective or non-functional product.

THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM DISCONTINUATION

If a third-party website or service is:

  • Shut down
  • Permanently discontinued
  • Restricted beyond practical usability

The related AutoPlayLabs extension may become partially or fully unusable.

This is outside AutoPlayLabs’ control, and you agree that no refunds, compensation, or guarantees apply in such cases.

ACCOUNT SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE

AutoPlayLabs does NOT guarantee:

  • Account safety
  • Protection from bans or suspensions
  • Compliance approval from third-party platforms

You are solely responsible for:

  • How you use automation software
  • Following third-party platform rules and laws
  • Using reasonable delays and safe automation practices

Use of automation software is at your own risk.

LICENSE GRANT AND USAGE

When you purchase an AutoPlayLabs product, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software for personal or internal business use.

Each license:

  • Is valid for one user only
  • May not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or redistributed

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination without refund.

PROHIBITED USE

You agree NOT to:

  • Abuse automation features
  • Attempt to bypass platform restrictions
  • Reverse engineer or modify the software
  • Use the software for illegal activities
  • Resell or redistribute access

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

AutoPlayLabs does not guarantee:

  • Continuous uptime
  • Error-free operation
  • Immediate updates after third-party changes

Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur without prior notice.

REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, AND BILLING

Refunds, cancellations, and billing are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

By purchasing, you confirm that:

  • You reviewed the refund policy
  • You accept refund time limits
  • You understand that digital services are delivered immediately

CHARGEBACKS AND BANK DISPUTES

You agree to:

  • Contact AutoPlayLabs support before filing any dispute
  • Not file chargebacks for policy-covered reasons
  • Acknowledge that access to software equals service delivery

Filing a chargeback in violation of these Terms may result in permanent access revocation.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All AutoPlayLabs software, branding, content, and documentation are the intellectual property of AutoPlayLabs.

You may not:

  • Copy or redistribute content
  • Use trademarks without permission
  • Claim ownership of AutoPlayLabs software

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoPlayLabs shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits or data
  • Account bans or restrictions
  • Third-party platform actions
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Use of the software is entirely at your own risk.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoPlayLabs from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Misuse of the software
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of third-party platform rules

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

AutoPlayLabs may update these Terms at any time.

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
