Until the update is officially approved, the current store version may not work correctly due to recent platform changes. To avoid downtime, you can temporarily install the latest version manually by following the steps below. This is safe and official — provided directly by us.

✅ How to Install the Extension Manually (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Download the Extension ZIP File

To temporarily fix the issue, you need to manually install the latest version of the extension. Please follow the steps below carefully.

  1. Click the download button below.
  2. Save the ZIP file to your computer.
  3. Extract (unzip) the file to a folder.

After extracting, make sure you can see files like:

  • manifest.json
  • background.js
  • Other extension files

Important: Do NOT upload the ZIP file directly — it must be extracted first.

Step 2: Open the Chrome Extensions Page

After extracting the extension files, you need to open the Chrome Extensions page to manually install the extension.

  1. Open Google Chrome. Make sure you are using the Chrome browser (not Edge or another browser).
  2. Type the following into the address bar: chrome://extensions/
  3. Press Enter. This will open the Extensions management page in Chrome.
You should now see a list of all installed Chrome extensions. In the next step, we will enable Developer Mode to allow manual installation.

Step 3: Enable Developer Mode

To install the extension manually, you must enable Developer Mode in Chrome. This allows you to load extensions from your computer.

  1. Look at the top-right corner of the Extensions page.
  2. Turn ON the “Developer Mode” toggle.
    Once enabled, additional buttons will appear on the page.

After enabling Developer Mode, you will see new options such as “Load unpacked”, “Pack extension”, and “Update”.

In the next step, we will use the “Load unpacked” option to install the extension.

Step 4: Load the Extracted Extension

Now that Developer Mode is enabled, you can manually load the extracted extension files into Chrome.

  1. Click the “Load unpacked” button. This button appears at the top of the Extensions page after enabling Developer Mode.
  2. Select the extracted folder. Browse to the folder where you extracted the ZIP file (not the ZIP file itself).
  3. Click “Select Folder”. Chrome will now install the extension.
Once installed, the extension should appear in your extensions list and be ready to use. If you do not see the extension immediately, try refreshing the Extensions page or restarting Chrome.

Step 5: Verify & Pin the Extension

After loading the extension, please make sure it is properly installed and visible in your browser.

  1. Check the Extensions list. Confirm that the extension appears in the chrome://extensions/ page without errors.
  2. Pin the extension (Recommended). Click the puzzle icon in the top-right corner of Chrome, find the extension, and click the pin icon.
  3. Refresh the target website. If you had the website open before installing, refresh the page to activate the extension.
The extension should now be fully functional.

How to Remove the Manually Installed Version

After loading the extension, please make sure it is properly installed and visible in your browser.

  1. Open the Extensions page.
    Go to chrome://extensions/ in your Chrome browser.
  2. Find the manually installed extension.
    It will appear in your extensions list.
  3. Click the “Remove” button.
    Confirm the removal when Chrome asks for confirmation.
  4. Install or update from the Chrome Web Store.
    Go to the official extension page and install the latest approved version.

After reinstalling from the Chrome Web Store, everything will continue working normally.
